The organizational structure
can be split into 3 different levels hierarchies. The CEO would be at the top since
he manages all the aspect of the company, since he’s a the top of the hierarchy
he has the most control of the entire company. To ease the work of the CEO they
have directors/managers to help do the jobs of the CEO for them, and have them
overlook the employees , but the CEO is still responsible in making sure the task
given is done successfully. As seen from the organizational chart the departments in the middle hierarchy level are split in to more specialized
departments, for example CFO, Dell service .etc. The workers in the lower hierarchy level are
usually not the decision makers instead are supposed to just follow orders
issued from the workers from the higher hierarchy level as they have less
authority.
